I'm on month five of my miracle morning journey. Thank you Hal Elrod! He takes "obvious" ideas and relates them in a way that inspires the reader to make a change. Want to lose weight? Learn more? Connect to your higher power? Improve your motivation? Yup. We all do, but how?
